All standard shipping orders are shipped via local post office, while express shipping orders are shipped with courier services.

For all orders placed until 14:00 GMT+2, items are dispatched the next business day. For orders placed after 14:00 GMT+2, items will be shipped within 2 business days. No shipments are made on Saturdays. For special requests please contact us at email@example.com.
Standard shipment requires up to 3 business days for orders shipped to Greece, up to 10 business days for orders shipped to Europe and up to 15 business days for the rest of the world. Express shipment requires 1-2 business for Greece, 2-5 business days for Europe and up to 8 business days for the rest of the world.
If you live in remote areas, please allow 2-3 extra business days time to receive your parcel.
Before your purchase has been prepared for dispatch we can cancel any or all items on the order, change the size or edit your billing and/or shipping details by emailing us all the details at firstname.lastname@example.org. However, once shipped, your order cannot be canceled or changed. You are able to return it to 180DEGREES and get a refund or shopping gift card, as long as all products apply to the returns and exchange policy of 180DEGREES. However, you cannot add any new items to your order. You will need to make a new order with any extra items, or cancel your existing order and place a new one.
We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.
As soon as the order has been shipped from our warehouse, customers will receive an email confirming successful shipment
Express orders can be tracked online using the number provided in the confirmation email. If you have not recieved your order, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can track it for you, or retrieve any lost packages.
Upon receiving your shipment, it is important that you check carefully the condition of the items you have purchased, ensuring that their packaging shows no traces of damage. All our products are made in Greece by expert craftsmen and we want our customers to receive items of exceptional quality. In case you receive a defective item please follow the instructions below.

Returns are accepted for all in-season items, as long as the items you are returning are in the same condition in which you received them and are accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice.
When returning an item, you must send an e-mail to email@example.com making sure you have included your order code and explaining the reasons for returning as well as whether you want an exchange or a return.

Customers have full responsibility for returning the item, including all rates that apply, as well as the safe shipping of the package they are returning. The best way is to send it registered or by courier service. 180DEGREES cannot be held liable for any losses.
All returned items undergo inspection. Any item(s) found ineligible is/are returned to you.
Items that have been washed, worn or damaged in any other way cannot be returned or exchanged.
So that you may avoid any unnecessary inconvenience, we recommend that you thoroughly inspect the items you have purchased as soon as you receive them, checking the condition the purchased items are in, for signs of damage to the packaging and for any visible indications of potential problems (e.g., wrong item, etc). Should you return an item, you incur only the cost directly involved in having to ship the item(s) back to us.
For GR and International Returns:
You may return an item within twenty (20) days following its date of delivery.

Coupon: In case you want your money returned for usage in store or our online shop, we can issue a digital gift card with the amount spent. Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs, or fees applied by card issuer.
If you wish to make changes in the size and/or color of an item you have purchased at our e-shop you may contact us by e-mailing us at email@example.com with the item you want to exchange the one you purchased.
Sale and Clearance Items: Sale and clearance items cannot be refunded. In case you received damaged or faulty items, please follow the instructions below.
In case you received a damaged or faulty item:
As soon as you discover a fault, please contact our team by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with the order number, the faulty item’s name and product code, and a description of the fault. We will send you a replacement item as quickly as possible. In case an appropriate replacement item is not available, we will refund your item, as soon as it is returned back to us.
