How can I create an account?

You can create and account by clicking “My Account” on the top right hand side of any page on the website or during checkout.

How can I change my account settings?

Your account is editable by clicking “My Account” on the top right hand side of any page on the website. Through the account dashboard you can change your shipping and billing address settings, your pasword, your wishlist or log out of your account.

I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

If you have lost your password, you can easily retrieve it by clicking on “My account” and then the option “Lost Password”. Enter your username or email address and you will receive a link to create a new password via email.

Is my personal information kept private?

Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential, and at no point will we share it with a third party. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy in full.

Does 180DEGREES save my credit card information?

For security reasons 180DEGREES does not save your credit card information, PayPal account log in details or payment preferences.

How can I buy a 180DEGREES gift card?

You can buy a 180DEGREES gift card in Euros (EUR) by emailing us at order@transformableclothing.com, and we will send you an invoice with the value of your gift card. You will recieve your virtual gift card as soon as you have made your payment.

What happens if I’m absent when the package arrives?

All orders are delivered with worldwide courier service. The courier will leave you a note with all the information needed and will come back again the next day. If you are absent again, you will need to contact the courier using the information provided on the note, in order to arrange a suitable delivery date. In case you do not contact them, they will send the package back to 180DEGREES offices.

How long does delivery take?

All orders are processed until 14:00 GMT+2. If you place your order before this time, it will be shipped on the same day, otherwise products will be shipped on the next business day. No shipments are made on Saturdays. Standard shipping requires 3 business days to arrive to Greece and up to 8 business days for international locations. Express orders take 1-2 business days to arrive to Greece, and 2-5 business days to arrive to any international location. For remote areas, please allow 2-3 business days extra time.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Does 180DEGREES ship to multiple addresses?

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

Your refund will either be issued to the original credit card used to place the order, or as a 180DEGREES digital gift-card. Shipping costs are not refunded for any order, unless items are faulty.

All sales taxes are included in your refund if your order has been sent to a destination within the EU. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Any charges applied by your bank or credit card issuer, are not refundable either.

Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

How do I place my order?

Shopping at 180 DEGREES is easy:

I.     Use the links for the products from the “e-shop” link

II.     Once you have found an item, choose your size and preferred colour, where applicable, and then click on the “Add To Shopping Bag” button that appears on the product page.

III.     Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the “Shopping Bag” link at the top of the page.

IV.     Click on “Proceed to purchase” to complete your order.

Do I need to setup an account to place an order?

You cannot shop at 180DEGREES without creating an account. You will have to register in order to track your orders and review past purchases, request returns or exchanges, add products to your Wish List, and save your address and personal details so that you can shop even quicker next time.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Before your purchase has been prepared for dispatch we can cancel any or all items on the order, change the size or edit your billing and/or shipping details by emailing us all the details at order@transformableclothing.com. However, once shipped, your order cannot be canceled or changed. You are able to return it to 180DEGREES and get a refund or shopping gift card, as long as all products apply to the returns and exchange policy of 180DEGREES.

Can I add another item to the order I have just placed?

Unfortunately you cannot add any new items to your order. You will need to make a second order with any extra items, or cancel your existing order and place a new one.

Why haven’t I received my order yet? What do I have to do?

If your order fails to reach you within the time frame specified above, please email us at order@transformableclothing.com.

Can I choose which currency I can pay with?

180DEGREES can only charge you in Euros. For currency rates please contact your bank or card issuer. 180DEGREES is not held responsible for any charges incured by your bank or credit card issuer.

Do you offer a repairs service?

180DEGREES offers repair service on all items, provided that the item can be repaired, and can customize specific items if you have special requests. Customers are required to cover shipping cost to 180DEGREES plus any extra charges for repairs. Does 180DEGREES have seasonal sale?

180DEGREES offers seasonal sale twice a year. Register for email updates to be notified when our sale starts, and when we offer other promotions.

Are there any shipping restrictions that apply to any items?

Due to international trading agreements and regulations, 180DEGREES must adhere to particular shipping restrictions.

As a result, we are unable to send exotic skins outside of the EU, and orders containing jewelry cannot be dispatched to Russia or China.

If you add a product to your shopping bag that we are unable to ship to your country, we will contact you in order to remove the item or change your shipping address.

Please note that products shipped to Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Israel, Lebanon, Madagascar, Bahrain and Singapore may be held at customs or be considered illegal. Please check with your local authorities to avoid conflicts.

What payment methods does 180DEGREES accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard and American Express), PayPayl, as well as payment upon delivery for shipments to Greece.

Is V.A.T. included in the price of the items I have purchased?

Yes, the V.A.T. is included in the price quote.
